I'm 18 and I feel still remember the PSOne era, it's definitely long gone now. It died around the same time as Dreamcast and N64.

The reason I think PSX disks are "retro" is because my mom used to work at a video store/arcade type place where people could come in, rent, and play console games in store. Whenever she worked afternoons, I'd take the bus straight there, or walk from my grandma's since the town was small and she was close. I spent a good chuck watching people play games like RE and such for a good part of my childhood.
