Does anyone else find this extremely hard/impossible?

It's the one found in What a Horrible Night to Have a Curse and This is Exile. Probably among others.

It goes like Blue Red Blue Red Blue Red really fast, with kicks on every blue note.

I can't do it. I don't know why but I just can't do it. I play it on 50% and I can get most of them, but anything faster than 50% and I miss shitloads.

    Any advice?

Hit snare with my right hand? Hmm, there's an idea, I'll try when I get home, thanks.

    Anyone else?

The blast beats? It's more of a mind fuck than actually difficult, but it certainly takes a lot of practice. Think of it as just a drum roll. They're just sixteenths, so pretend you're just rolling 16ths on one pad with bass on the on beat 8ths. Alternatively, practice by JUST playing the 8ths. Go into practice and ignore all snare hits. Stay consistent and just learn to hold the pattern steady. Then when you can consistently FC the right hand/bass, add snare. Your worst enemy is rushing here.
