how can anyone "disgrace" metal?
they are effort-filled, creations.
I may hate Avenged Sevenfold, but i can understand that it took them time and energy to write music that appeals to thousands of people.

now if you had said "Britney Spears" or "Lady GaGa" are discraces to metal i would agree wholeheartedly, as they dont write their songs
