Could you turn it down on the whole "fail" thing? It's really not funny, it's becoming a bit of a nuisance.

Do you have anything that works at least somewhat decently?

Dammit what the fuck. Did your machine come with the Nvidia card? Mine came with a piece of shit ATI. I'd rather have a Nvidia but I'm on a laptop.

    Acer Aspire 5515.

    Meh, don't feel like detailing.

I dunno my specs, but whenever I unplug the cord from my laptop, it turns off automatically.

It's supposed to have a battery life of 2 hours.

Well generally if you keep it plugged in all the time the battery gets used to it or some shit and it can run without it. So it's healthy for your computer to let it die every now and then, but I still don't do it.

    GPU: ATI HD 4890

I'm surprised DJ PAXX wasn't the one who made this thread.

It is unhealthy, but for some people the battery tends to die within the hour (mainly myself) but, i do a lot on a computer that uses a lot of power. I can purchase a 12 cell battery for 200 dollars, but i dont have the money right now

    I am, 64bit OS, remember?

Or do you mean the 4GB I took out to install the 8GB? If that's what you meant, then no, I sent them to my mate in UK who needed it.

I don't think so. I can play anything with max settings, smoothly. Then again, I have a rather small screen.
